We are seeking an experienced Electronics Team Leader to join an innovative team developing a cutting-edge platform that automatically designs and optimizes electronic circuits using Artificial Intelligence.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Electronics Engineering, AI, Simulation Technologies, Automotive Systems, and Space Applications, helping shape the next generation of intelligent electronic design tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced simulations and analyses for analog, digital, RF, and power electronics circuits using BQR's Synthelyzer and CircuitHawk platforms.
• Create new simulation models through AI-driven methodologies for next-Generation electronic components and systems used in the automotive and space industries.
• Define and implement innovative simulation and verification methodologies for PCB and board design engineers.
• Optimize circuit designs based on simulation findings and provide design improvement recommendations.
• Lead failure analysis activities, root cause investigations, and system performance enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with leading technology companies and customers on state-of-the-art AI-assisted electronic design projects.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant field is a significant advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, LLM applications, and AI agent development.
• Exceptional self-learning capabilities and the ability to quickly master complex engineering software and AI tools.
• Strong technical understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and electronic development processes.
• Experience with electronic design and EDA tools is a significant advantage.
• Experience with simulation software such as SPICE, ModelSim, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Several years of hands-on experience in electronics development, semiconductor design, chip development, or related engineering disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Full-time position with immediate availability preferred.
