Procurement Buyer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from purchase requests and samples through purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Work closely with local and international suppliers, including sourcing new vendors, obtaining quotations, and conducting negotiations.
• Monitor purchase orders, handle delays, and resolve supply-related issues.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with internal stakeholders, including Operations, R&D, and Finance.
• Manage and maintain supplier and procurement data within the ERP system (NetSuite).
• Coordinate and manage domestic and international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Track shipments, oversee import and export processes, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage shipping documentation, monitor logistics costs, and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Procurement and Logistics, preferably within a manufacturing or technology company.
• Proven experience working with local and international suppliers and managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience managing international shipments and familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Experience working with ERP systems, with NetSuite being a strong advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent negotiation skills, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Advantage: Experience purchasing raw materials and industrial components (textiles, plastics, metals, etc.).
