Mertens, part of MalamTeam, is hiring a Process and Systems Analyst to join the Capital Markets team at a leading financial organization in Rishon LeZion

The role combines business and systems analysis within the Capital Markets domain, working with financial and trading systems and supporting complex processes throughout the product lifecycle

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements

Define business processes, information systems, and business and technology interfaces within the Capital Markets domain

Work with financial systems, trading systems, B2C and B2B processes, and Self-Service processes

Collaborate with external partners and internal business stakeholders

Lead meetings with multiple participants

Support product challenges throughout the entire product lifecycle

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in Systems Analysis or Product Specification

Experience with financial systems, trading systems, Capital Markets, or Investments

Relevant bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, or Information Systems

Experience understanding and defining business processes in Banking and Capital Markets

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and lead complex business processes
