AI Project Manager

We’re Hiring: AI Lead 🚀

We’re looking for an AI Lead to drive AI initiatives within a large and complex organization, combining business understanding, hands-on AI capabilities, and end-to-end project ownership.

What you’ll do:

• Lead AI initiatives end-to-end – from identifying business needs and opportunities to implementation and adoption
• Identify, define, and prioritize high-value AI use cases
• Work closely with business stakeholders and management to translate needs into practical AI solutions
• Implement AI solutions using Low-Code platforms and enterprise tools
• Design and implement AI Agents and automated workflows
• Work hands-on with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and Generative AI solutions
• Support testing, deployment, implementation, and user adoption
• Collaborate with the organizational AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) on standards, best practices, and advanced solutions
• Drive change and help teams integrate AI into their day-to-day work

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience leading digital or technology projects
• Hands-on experience developing or implementing AI and/or automation solutions
• Practical experience working with AI tools, Copilot, Agents, or similar technologies
• Experience analyzing business processes and translating them into practical technological solutions
• Basic coding skills and technical understanding of APIs and integrations
• Strong product mindset and ability to lead initiatives end-to-end
