Key Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics operations within the Installation Unit, with full ownership of end-to-end supply chain activities.
• Lead and coordinate daily work with carriers, subcontractors, installers, field teams, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the central point of contact between procurement, suppliers, warehouse, installation teams, customer service, and external partners.
• Plan, implement, and continuously optimize logistics and technical processes, identifying bottlenecks and driving efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Develop and manage structured work procedures, KPIs, and control reports to meet operational and business targets.
• Manage distribution and delivery operations to end customers, including scheduling, prioritization, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and best practices across all logistics activities.
• Utilize ERP systems (preferably Oracle) for inventory management, order processing, warehouse operations, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and transportation providers to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Lead and manage the internal installation team.
  
  

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics or operations management, with responsibility for end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.
• Strong people-management background, including team leadership, development, and performance management.
• Experience using KPIs, data analysis, and forecasting to drive operational decisions.
• Advanced experience working with ERP systems (Oracle – advantage).
• Proven ability to identify process gaps, implement improvements, and lead cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills across internal teams and external partners.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  
  

• Experience in the solar or energy industry.
• Technical background or knowledge in electricity.
• Experience working with B2C customers or account management.
  
  

• Ability to work under high pressure and meet demanding targets.
• Work is based in Israel and focused on the Israeli market.
• Includes fieldwork as needed.
• Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and business success.
