AI Engineering Team Lead

We’re Hiring: AI Engineering Team Lead 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineering Team Lead to lead the development and implementation of advanced AI & Generative AI solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and professionally manage a multidisciplinary AI engineering team
• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions - architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Stay hands-on with coding, Code Reviews, technical problem-solving, infrastructure components, and POCs
• Design and build Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
• Build integrations between AI models and enterprise systems using APIs, Backend services, Microservices, and Tool Calling
• Design scalable AI architectures across Azure and AWS
• Drive solutions from experimentation and POCs into reliable, secure, production-ready systems
• Establish engineering standards around AI quality, security, maintainability, evaluation, monitoring, and Responsible AI
• Collaborate with engineering, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, business teams, and external vendors

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience, including significant experience with complex production systems
• 3+ years of direct development team management experience
• Proven experience with software architecture, Code Reviews, mentoring developers, and solving complex technical challenges
• Experience developing Backend services, Web APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integrations
• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions in Production
• Deep understanding of LLMs and model integration via APIs
• Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or Amazon Bedrock
• Experience with Embeddings, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and Context Management
• Understanding of AI challenges such as hallucinations, data quality, security, privacy, and usage costs
• Experience with AI evaluation, testing, and monitoring
