Infinity Labs R&D is seeking motivated STEM & Economics graduates, alongside highly analytical individuals with a strong technical/quantitative background, to join a distinct entry-level career path through a unique training program focused on Data Engineering and large-scale data systems, designed to prepare participants for future junior data engineering positions, subject to successful completion of the program.

You will work in environments that simulate real R&D teams, gaining hands-on experience with modern data infrastructures, data pipelines, and production-grade systems used by leading technology organizations.

This opportunity begins with a comprehensive practical development track, provided at no cost to the participant and operated by the company as part of its professional training initiative, designed to expose participants to real-world data engineering challenges and workflows.

You will gain hands-on experience in:

• Data pipeline design, development, and maintenance
• Data ingestion, processing, and transformation (ETL / ELT)
• SQL and data modeling for large-scale systems
• Big data frameworks and distributed data processing
• Batch and streaming architectures
• Cloud-based data platforms and infrastructure integration
• Collaboration within agile, cross-functional engineering teams

• High level of English.
• Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and self-learning ability.
• Ability to demonstrate high level of commitment, intensive learning capacity, and full engagement in the career preparation program.
