CEO (Online Casino & Sportsbook Operations) JB-5205

A fast-growing international iGaming company is looking for an experienced and business-driven CEO to lead and scale its online casino and sportsbook operations.

The company operates 3 active in-house platforms across Casino and Sports Betting verticals, serving multiple GEOs with strong growth potential.

We are looking for a senior leader from the iGaming industry who understands the ecosystem deeply and knows how to drive performance, operations, growth, and profitability in competitive markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership over the business activity, including operations, marketing, affiliates, CRM, retention, product, payments, customer experience, and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company’s online Casino & Sportsbook operations.

• Build and execute growth strategies across multiple markets and traffic channels.

• Oversee performance marketing, affiliates, media buying, CRM, retention, and monetization activities.

• Work closely with product, tech, BI, and operations teams to optimize performance and user experience.

• Analyze KPIs, player behavior, conversion funnels, LTV, retention, and profitability metrics.

• Drive strategic partnerships with providers, affiliates, and external vendors.

• Manage operational processes and ensure scalability of the business.

• Identify new business opportunities, GEOs, products, and revenue streams.

• Build and mentor teams while creating a strong performance-oriented culture.

• Ensure smooth collaboration between all departments and remove operational bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Mandatory – proven experience in the iGaming / Online Casino / Sports Betting industry.

• Previous experience in a senior leadership role such as CEO, General Manager, COO, VP Operations, or similar.

• Deep understanding of Casino and Sportsbook operations.

• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing P&L and business growth.

• Hands-on approach with the ability to execute fast in dynamic environments.

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, CRM, acquisition, retention, and player lifecycle.

• Experience working with multi-GEO operations and international markets.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Fluent English – Mandatory.

Location & Travel The position can be based in Sofia, Bulgaria, or Israel.

Candidates based in Israel must be available to travel to Sofia, Bulgaria, at least twice per month.
