PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects throughout all project phases
• Lead and manage the on-site project team, including inspectors and quantity surveyors
• Take responsibility for all engineering and management aspects throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality, and construction performance
• Lead on-site construction activities while ensuring compliance with project objectives and targets
• Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, suppliers, designers, and consultants
• Coordinate all project stakeholders in accordance with the various project stages
• Lead negotiations and manage processes with project stakeholders
  
  

• Registered Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Practical Engineer – Mandatory
• At least 7 years of experience in construction execution and/or supervision – Mandatory
• Proven experience in commercial and industrial construction projects – Mandatory
• High-level technical English proficiency, both written and spoken – Mandatory
• Proven experience managing work teams and project teams
• Experience working with contractors, suppliers, designers, and clients
• Experience integrating and coordinating complex electromechanical systems in complex buildings – Advantage
• Experience coordinating with designers – Advantage
• Strong client management and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive approach and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure
