Endpoint Infrastructure & Support Team Lead

A leading organization is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join its technology division.

This is a hands-on management and technical role, responsible for the organization's endpoint infrastructure, advanced support layer, and professional leadership of a technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the organization's Endpoint and Mobile infrastructure.
• Lead and develop a technical team, including mentoring, professional development, task prioritization, and performance management.
• Build, maintain, and deploy Windows Images at scale, including broad deployment processes and Patch Management.
• Manage and operate Microsoft Intune and MDM environments, including policies, security controls, EDR, and device lifecycle management.
• Lead complex escalations and ensure effective collaboration between Tier 1/2 Support, field technicians, and infrastructure teams.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Endpoint / System Infrastructure - Mandatory.
• Previous experience managing a technical team or significant professional leadership experience - Mandatory.
• Proven experience managing Windows endpoints - Mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune -Mandatory.
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts - Mandatory.
• Experience working with Tier 1 Support Centers- Mandatory.
