Accounting Supervisor

We need an Accounting Supervisor to lead and oversee the company's accounting, financial, tax, and administrative activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing accurate financial reporting, and supporting business decision-making through effective financial control and analysis.

Location: Cosentino City Tel Aviv (Herzliya)

What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including analysis of business performance.
• Analyze and review financial statements (Balance Sheet and P&L) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee Accounts Payable activities, including invoice posting, approval workflows and supplier payments.
• Perform General Accounting activities, including banks, payroll, provisions and fixed assets.
• Monitor cash flow, banking activities and treasury operations.
• Manage credit control and collections, providing regular reporting on outstanding receivables and customer risk.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT and withholding tax returns, as well as annual Corporate Income Tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage electronic accounting ledgers and support accounting process optimization.
• Lead the annual external audit process and act as the main point of contact for auditors.
• Maintain effective relationships with subsidiaries, banks, auditors, advisors and external authorities.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and support financial planning activities.
• Prepare management reports and financial analyses to support the CEO and senior leadership team.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience working with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Must have knowledges of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Fluent English and Hebrew is required. Spanish language skills will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
