Penetration Testing team leader

A leading cyber consulting company is looking for experienced Team Lead/Tech lead to lead its information security assessment and penetration testing activities, including infrastructure and application testing.

The role includes professional management of the team, leading client projects, quality control of deliverables, and presenting professional findings.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in information security and cybersecurity.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional leadership or team management.
• Hands-on experience conducting information security assessments, including configuration reviews, access and permissions reviews, security controls, exposures, and risk assessments.
• Hands-on experience conducting infrastructure penetration tests, including operating systems, networks, servers, Active Directory, security components, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience conducting application penetration tests, including Web applications, APIs, authentication mechanisms, authorization, and business logic.
• Ability to write clear, practical, and professional reports covering findings, risk levels, technical evidence, and remediation recommendations.
• Ability to present findings to clients, management, infrastructure, development, and information security teams.
• Familiarity with testing and attack methodologies and commonly used security testing tools, with the ability to independently analyze findings.
