MEP SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise complex electromechanical systems in construction projects
• Supervise HVAC, electrical, control, Building Management Systems (BMS), gas piping, and other building systems
• Manage and oversee systems throughout all project phases
• Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor performance against targets
• Lead professional teams and manage project interfaces
• Coordinate between consultants, designers, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
• Identify and resolve technical gaps, issues, and challenges during construction
• Conduct negotiations and manage project-related activities with various stakeholders
• Provide technical solutions with a comprehensive, systems-oriented approach
• Oversee the project through to completion and handover
  
  

• Registered Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer or Practical Engineer – Mandatory
• Approximately 5 years of experience in systems supervision for complex construction projects – Mandatory
• Proven experience with HVAC and electrical systems – Mandatory
• High-level technical English proficiency, both written and spoken – Mandatory
• Experience with control systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), gas piping, and other complex electromechanical systems
• Experience working for a construction/contracting company – Advantage
• Experience in systems operation and/or maintenance – Advantage
• Strong service orientation and ability to drive processes
• Strong systems thinking and ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment
