Junior HCM Technology Consultant

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a Junior HCM Technology Consultant to join our growing Human Capital Technology team at Deloitte.

This role is ideal for professionals at the beginning of their career, or for individuals looking to transition into consulting, who already have experience working with enterprise systems, business applications, structured data, or organizational processes.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have gained experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HR, Payroll, Finance, Workforce Management, or similar systems
• Supporting, implementing, configuring, testing, or administering business systems
• Reporting, analytics, dashboards, BI tools, databases, or data warehouses
• Data management activities including validation, migration, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
• Integrations, APIs, automation processes, and structured data flows
• Working closely with business users and translating business requirements into system solutions

Beyond technical experience, we are looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment
• Professional accountability and ownership
• Curiosity and a passion for understanding how systems, data, and technology work behind the scenes
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

The role includes participation in system implementation projects, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, troubleshooting, client workshops, solution design, and AI-assisted delivery initiatives.

Excellent spoken, written, and reading English is mandatory, as most of our work is conducted in English.
