System Engineer

Our Hardware Team is growing again and we're looking for an experienced System Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site System Engineer role based in Caesarea.

The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, integrating, and maintaining complex systems that support product development, production environments, and internal operations. Daily tasks include analyzing requirements, defining system architectures, coordinating between hardware, software, and network components, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and security. The role involves hands-on system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of issues in collaboration with multidisciplinary R&D, engineering, and IT teams. The System Engineer will document system configurations, create and maintain technical procedures, support users with technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Hardware engineering - Must
• M.Sc in System engineering - Advantage
• At least 5 years of Hardware design, PCB's and Harnesses - Must
• At least 3 years of designing System level architecture, interface design, and configuration management. - Must
• Strong Systems Engineering skills, including system-level requirements analysis, integration, and validation.
• Hands-on Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and infrastructure issues in complex, multidisciplinary systems.
• Familiarity with standards, documentation practices, and quality systems e.g., Mil-461, ISO 13485, EN-61000, Mil-810 A Must
• Familiarity with Communication protocols such as -I2C, SPI,UART, Lan - Advantage.
• Experience working in R&D, manufacturing, or product development environments, ideally in medical devices, defense, or industrial systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is an advantage.
