Regulatory & Quality Coordinator

A leading food industry company is seeking a Regulatory & Quality Coordinator for a diverse and challenging role, involving responsibility for regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and support of organizational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain regulatory approval for existing and new raw materials.
• Update and maintain raw material approvals in accordance with evolving regulations and requirements.
• Prepare regulatory documentation for customers, including Declarations of Compliance (DoC) and various customer-specific declarations.
• Maintain and update company procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct and document internal audits across company departments.
• Collect, process, and analyze data.
• Monitor and oversee quality-related activities throughout the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Chemistry – required.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment or the food packaging industry – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, and ISO 9001:2015 standards – advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – required.
• Experience with the Priority ERP system – advantage.
