Personal Computer Technician

We are hiring an IT Specialist!

We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to join our Infrastructure Team!

In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and assist in a dynamic cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Support: Provide hands-on and Helpdesk technical support to end-users.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment issues.
• System & Admin Work: Ongoing hands-on work with Operating Systems, Active Directory, printers, scanners, and local networks.
• Network Operations: Operational support and network troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi environments.
• Knowledge Management: Document tickets in the IT Service Management system and build an internal Knowledge Base.

Work Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 08:00 – 17:00 Environment: Small, warm, and family-oriented team!

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT / Field Technician.
• Experience with Firewalls, EDR solutions, and Office 365.
• Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Strong self-learning ability, proactive mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding service orientation.
