Deputy CISO

We are recruiting a Deputy CISO for a large healthcare organization located in central Israel. The position combines hybrid work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serving as a member of the extended management team of the Technology Division and participating in formulating strategy and multi-year work plans
• Directly managing a team of Cyber Project Managers and a Cyber Architecture team
• Professionally managing Procurement, Budget, and Control areas, developing and empowering managers and employees, defining objectives and KPIs, and monitoring performance
• Formulating organizational structure, work processes, and management methodologies
• Leading the development of the organization's Cyber Defense Architecture and serving as the substitute for the Information and Cyber Security Manager in professional and management forums

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years of experience in Cyber and Information Security and at least 5 years of experience managing Cyber teams and managers
• Proven experience managing architects, Cyber experts, and Project Managers and managing work plans and complex projects in a large organization
• Experience managing annual budgets of millions of NIS and managing organizational change and transformation processes
• Experience working with senior management and decision-making forums and planning and implementing an organizational Cyber Defense Architecture
• Experience formulating defense concepts and Zero Trust architecture, working according to Secure by Design principles and conducting Design Reviews, including practical experience in Azure security
