Senior System & Infrastructure Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Senior System & Infrastructure Administrator to join our infrastructure team. This is a highly hands-on role with end-to-end responsibility for enterprise virtualization, storage, backup, DR, and infrastructure automation.

• Take end-to-end ownership of the design, deployment, management, and maintenance of diverse virtualization environments, including VMware and Nutanix.
• Manage, configure, and optimize Enterprise Storage environments.
• Lead the organization's Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.
• Develop scripts and automation solutions for infrastructure processes, provisioning, and server and storage lifecycle management.
• Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator in an enterprise environment supporting at least 100 servers and 500 users, across Microsoft and Linux environments – mandatory.
• Significant hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter, including deployment, administration, optimization, and troubleshooting – mandatory.
• Significant experience with Veeam Backup & Replication / Backup & Recovery – mandatory.
• Proven experience working with SAN/NAS storage environments, preferably HPE Nimble and HPE MSA – mandatory.
• Experience working with hybrid cloud environments, including Azure and/or AWS – advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage complex infrastructure environments, and collaborate effectively with multiple technical teams.
