Senior ERP Project Manager (Hands-On)

WEBLET is an advanced B2B SaaS platform for managing and optimizing complex field operations, distribution, logistics, transportation, field service and field sales.

The platform provides large enterprises with real-time visibility, operational control and AI-driven optimization. WEBLET supports drivers, technicians, distribution teams, field sales representatives and other mobile workforces across smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.

This is a hands-on business systems implementation role. It is not a QA, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure or system administration project management position.

• At least three years experience managing information systems projects
• End-to-end project leadership
• Specification, implementation, testing, deployment and go-live
• Proven experience implementing complex operational systems
• Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS or FSM
• Direct work with business customers
• Requirements gathering, meeting management and process leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Writing functional and technical specification documents
• Writing requirements, interface documents, meeting summaries and debriefs
• Presenting solutions and leading customer discussions
• Working with managers, users and technical teams
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience
• Experience with XML, JSON and data structures
• Understanding of system interfaces and integrations
• Experience with APIs, Web Services, files and additional interfaces
• Experience working with development and QA teams
• Regular use of AI tools as part of daily work
• Using AI for specification, data analysis, testing and process improvement
• Ability to work on-site at our offices in BSR Tower 4, Bnei Brak, near the Red Line of the light rail

• Familiarity and experience with Priority or SAP
• JavaScript knowledge
• Experience in logistics, distribution or service operations
• Experience managing field operations
• Experience in a SaaS company or software house
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems
