Communications System Engineer

A leading semiconductor company in the Sharon area is looking for an early-career engineer to join a team developing embedded software for advanced 5G modem and wireless communication systems.

The role includes:

Developing and optimizing embedded C software

Writing drivers and operating hardware blocks

Working closely with hardware and FPGA

Debugging complex software and hardware-related issues

Testing, verifying, and improving code performance and size

Taking ownership of developed modules from implementation through integration

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field, with a final grade of 80 or above

2–4 years of experience in C programming

Hands-on embedded software experience

Experience writing drivers and working with hardware or FPGA

Strong debugging and independent problem-solving skills

Experience with 3G, 4G, 5G, Wi-Fi, Python, MATLAB, C++, or AI-assisted development and debugging is an advantage.
