The Opportunity A highly innovative, tech-driven firm specializing in advanced predictive modeling (integrating algorithmic forecasting with energy and commodity markets) is launching a new offshore hedge fund. We possess a proven, proprietary technological edge that generates distinctive alpha in highly volatile markets.

We are seeking a highly driven Managing Partner / Fund Manager to join as a core leader. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a fund around an existing, state-of-the-art algorithmic infrastructure. The fund will be structured as an offshore entity, initially targeting top-tier Israeli capital before expanding its footprint globally.

The Role As the Managing Partner, you will be the financial and operational architect of the fund. You will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge quantitative models and the global investment community. Your primary mandate will be driving Capital Introduction (Cap Intro) and overseeing the fund’s architecture and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Capital Raising & Investor Relations: Leverage an established network of Family Offices, HNWIs, and institutional investors in Israel to secure anchor capital. Develop and execute a roadmap for subsequent global fundraising.
• Fund Structuring & Operations: Lead the establishment of the offshore fund infrastructure (e.g., Cayman Islands with a Master-Feeder structure). Ensure optimal tax structuring for Israeli investors (e.g., Pre-ruling/Form 50) and international compliance.
• Service Provider Management: Select and manage relationships with Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators, legal counsel, and execution platforms.
• Strategic Leadership: Work closely with the quantitative and technological teams to translate complex algorithmic strategies into compelling, transparent investment narratives for stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven Track Record in Capital Raising: Demonstrable success in raising significant AUM for hedge funds, alternative investments, or quantitative strategies, with an active, high-quality "rolodex" in the Israeli market.
• Deep Fund Operations Expertise: Hands-on experience with offshore fund formation, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border taxation structures.
• Financial Markets Acumen: Strong background as a Portfolio Manager, CIO, or Head of Capital Introduction. Familiarity with quantitative trading, commodities, or energy markets is a distinct advantage.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: A builder's mindset, capable of navigating the zero-to-one phase of fund creation and motivated by the long-term upside of a true partnership.
