About the Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to own our B2B and B2C products end-to-end. You'll translate business needs into actionable product outcomes, work cross-functionally across the org, and drive delivery from definition through rollout.

Responsibility

• Lead our B2B and B2C products end-to-end, translating business needs - through close work with internal stakeholders-  into valuable product outcomes.
• Define development stages, drive cross-functional implementation, and communicate deliverables transparently to all stakeholders.
• Translate existing data into product needs and gaps; Measure product success/failure through analysis.
• Own prioritization with the development team and stakeholders, and manage E2E delivery with R&D.
• AI Product Leadership: Lead the implementation of AI capabilities across the platform workflow automation, AI-assisted user experiences, data analysis, and operational optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CRO, VP Product, Head of R&D, Monetization, and Sales to align product initiatives with company goals and customer needs.
• Technical Communication: Translate business needs into technical requirements; work directly with R&D to bring features to life.
• Process & Delivery: Ensure clear prioritization, feature definition, rollout planning, backlog grooming, and timely delivery in partnership with R&D.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI-enabled tools to build product artifacts at scale
• Critical thinking and analytical leadership experience
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre- and post-launch execution
• Experience presenting to executive audiences
• Track record defining and delivering products in fast-paced startup environments
• Organized, accountable, and comfortable owning prioritization and E2E delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ad tech, programmatic monetization, or digital product management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing Ad Tech products throughout the product development lifecycle
• Strong experience designing integrations with ad servers, SSPs and DSPs. Knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks for connecting with various ad tech platforms.
• Experience in a product company building web products
