Sodastream: Global Digital Content Lead

Overview (English)

At Sodastream, part of PepsiCo, we are seeking a strategic Global Digital Content Lead to drive the creation of impactful consumer-facing content across our Global Marcom organization. This role will shape how digital content is created, adapted, and scaled across global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

As the organization’s digital content expert, you will translate brand strategies into platform-native storytelling and content experiences that resonate with consumers across channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging digital platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, production partners, and DTC teams, you will establish new capabilities, drive innovation through GenAI and modular content approaches, and build a scalable content ecosystem for global markets.

Responsibilities (English)

• Lead the development of digital content for global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives from briefing through delivery
• Translate brand and category strategies into compelling content experiences that drive engagement across the full consumer funnel
• Define content best practices and effective platform-native approaches for channels such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Partner with internal teams, agencies, production partners, the Design Center, and DTC stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital content experiences
• Develop content briefs, oversee production, provide creative feedback, and ensure delivery against business objectives and brand standards
• Drive the adoption of GenAI, modular content methodologies, and emerging technologies to improve content quality, efficiency, and scalability
• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert on digital content strategy, storytelling, and content effectiveness across markets
• Manage, coach, and develop a Digital Content Specialist while helping establish a high-performing digital content capability
  
  

• 7-9 years of experience in digital content development, content marketing, creative production, digital communications, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
• Strong experience developing content for consumer brands, preferably within FMCG, DTC, or eCommerce environments
• Proven ability to independently lead initiatives, shape a strategic agenda, and drive execution through influence and ownership
• Deep expertise in digital channels and platform-native content development across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Experience developing content across websites, digital campaigns, video, social media, eCommerce touchpoints, and performance-related creative assets
• Familiarity with GenAI tools and emerging AI applications for content creation and optimization
• Experience operating within global, matrixed organizations and collaborating across brand, media, CRM, regional, and local-market teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Previous people management experience is an advantage
