We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to lead and scale our recruiting function during a pivotal stage of Noma’s growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced recruitment leader who knows how to build high-performing teams, partner closely with senior leadership, and personally drive complex and business-critical hiring processes.

You’ll lead our Talent Acquisition team while remaining deeply involved in execution-from defining hiring strategies and developing recruiters to managing key searches and continuously improving the way we attract and hire exceptional talent.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Set clear priorities, goals, and success metrics, while building a high-performance culture based on ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Translate company goals and workforce plans into a focused and scalable recruitment strategy.
• Partner closely with executives, HR leadership, and hiring managers to define talent needs, hiring priorities, and effective recruitment plans.
• Build hiring strategies for technical, product, business, and leadership positions.
• Identify hiring risks, market challenges, and process bottlenecks, and proactively develop practical solutions.
• Personally own and lead strategic, complex, and senior-level searches.
• Build a deep understanding of each team’s goals, structure, and talent requirements.
• Deliver a thoughtful, consistent, and high-quality experience throughout the candidate journey.
• Use recruitment data and metrics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
• Develop scalable recruitment processes, tools, interview structures, and reporting.
• Represent Noma authentically and effectively in a highly competitive talent market.
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience managing and developing a Talent Acquisition team.
• Proven experience working in fast-growing startup environments-this is a must.
• Demonstrated success leading complex and senior-level hiring processes from end to end.
• Strong experience recruiting for technical and business roles in highly competitive markets.
• A proven ability to build trusted partnerships with executives and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and a deep understanding of modern recruitment methods and tools.
• Experience using recruitment data and metrics to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on and execution-oriented.

• Experience recruiting within the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience hiring for AI, security, cloud, or enterprise SaaS companies.
• Experience supporting global recruitment across Israel, the US, and Europe.
• Experience scaling a Talent Acquisition function during a period of rapid company growth.
• Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting operations, and workforce planning.
