Senior SDK Developer, Monetization

The opportunity

We are looking for our new Senior SDK Developer to join our Monetization team in Israel!

In this role, you will be working on the Monetization SDKs under Unity's Grow Services division, which aims to help developers monetize and manage the player lifecycle. You will build and optimize SDKs that developers embed in their games and connect to backend services at Unity.

What you’ll be doing

• Contribute, design, implement, test, and improve functionalities in the Monetization SDKs
• Take responsibility for the lifecycle of new features from inception through release
• Collaborate, support and mentor other team members to ensure high-quality product delivery that brings the best experience to game developers and gamers
• Write high-quality and scalable code that supports the existing and future functionality of the product
• Collaborate locally and remotely with the team and cross-functional distributed teams, while advocating for our company values and culture to help maintain an inclusive working environment
  
  

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with mobile development on at least one platform: iOS or Android
• Strong Experience implementing and integrating SDKs in mobile applications
• Experience writing and maintaining efficient code at scale, with proficiency in developing automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
• Ability to discuss and understand code design fluently and in depth
• Experience working with AI and building tools that enhance developer productivity and product capabilities
• Familiarity with runtime interception techniques such as method swizzling, reflection, dynamic dispatch, or bytecode/binary inspection
• Experience reverse-engineering and debugging third-party or closed-source SDKs from limited documentation
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with the ability to apply it fluently across a range of contexts
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with successful experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Experience with C# and Unity Package development
• Experience extending the Unity Editor/Engine
• Experience with Mediation SDKs or Ads Networks
• Good understanding or interest in Monetization within applications, and passion for the gaming industry
  
  

This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions). The final offer amount will depend on several factors, including geographic location and the candidate’s relevant experience, professional background, and skill set.
