A global, publicly traded industrial technology company is looking for a commercially driven General Manager to lead one of their global technology business units.

This is a role with significant opportunity to drive growth, lead transformation and shape the future direction of the business.

The Role:

• Lead the global business strategy, growth agenda and overall business performance.
• Manage and develop a global team across Sales, Marketing and Product Management, with close interaction with R&D and Operations.
• Drive the transition toward customer- and solution-oriented growth.
• Develop strategic relationships with global customers and OEMs and identify new business opportunities with different industries.
• Lead a turnaround and build sustainable growth across international markets.

We're Looking For:

• Proven management experience, including direct leadership of teams and managers.
• Experience leading a business unit, product line, commercial organization or comparable business operation.
• Strong track record in business growth, business development and strategic customer management.
• Experience in a complex technology / industrial / hardware environment.
• Strong ability to work with R&D, Engineering and Product teams.
• Global experience with international customers and markets.
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial and commercially minded leadership style.
• Experience with P&L / financial ownership is a strong advantage.
