Junior Controller | CPA

A well-established private group of companies is looking for a CPA to join its finance team as a Junior Controller.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified CPA coming from a Big 4 firm who is looking to make the move into industry and take on a broad, hands-on finance role with direct exposure to senior management.

About the Role

• Prepare monthly management reports and financial analyses
• Take part in the preparation of quarterly financial statements
• Support the consolidation of subsidiaries and accounting for associated companies
• Prepare and support tax reporting processes
• Monitor and analyze the financial activity of companies across the group
• Participate in the annual budgeting process
• Work closely with the CFO on accounting and financial matters
• Support financial analysis and decision-making across the group

What We’re Looking For

• Certified CPA – required
• Big 4 experience – required
• Strong accounting and financial orientation
• Experience with financial statements and consolidation
• Knowledge of tax reporting
• Excellent Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with SAP – an advantage
• Experience in a commercial or import company – an advantage
