Nono Group is expanding and looking for a Procurement Buyer with strong commercial awareness and excellent analytical skills to manage procurement processes and maintain ongoing relationships with suppliers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing relationships with local and international suppliers and lead negotiations on prices and commercial terms.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory data, monitor invoices, and prepare reports.
• Work with international suppliers and shipping/logistics providers.
• Create purchase orders, monitor and forecast inventory levels, and track the process end-to-end until goods arrive at the company’s warehouses.
• Monitor deliveries, ensure deadlines are met, and handle exceptions and quality issues.
• Review procurement invoices and match them against purchase orders and agreed terms.
• Take professional responsibility for procurement coordination, including monitoring work processes, providing professional support, and implementing efficient work methods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in procurement / purchasing roles – MUST.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong data analysis abilities – MUST.
• Experience in the food industry – a significant advantage.
• Experience with imports and international suppliers / shipping – a significant advantage.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, negotiation skills, independence, initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Part-time position: Approximately 25 hours per week, with flexible working hours.

קבוצת נונו מתרחבת ומגייסת קניין/ית בעל/ת ראייה מסחרית ויכולות אנליטיות גבוהות לניהול תהליכי רכש ועבודה שוטפת מול ספקים.

תיאור התפקיד:

• ניהול עבודה שוטפת מול ספקים בארץ ובחו"ל והובלת משא ומתן על תנאים ומחירים.
• ניתוח נתוני רכש ומלאי, בקרת חשבוניות והפקת דוחות.
• עבודה מול ספקי חו"ל וגורמי שילוח.
• יצירת הזמנות רכש, ניתור ועיתוד מלאי ,מעקב מקצה לקצה עד להגעת הסחורה למחסני החברה.
• מעקב שוטף אחר אספקות, עמידה בלוחות זמנים ופתרון חריגות/בעיות איכות.
• בקרת חשבוניות רכש והתאמתן להזמנות ולתנאים המוסכמים.
• אחריות מקצועית על תיאום הרכש, כולל בקרה על תהליכי העבודה, מתן מענה מקצועי והטמעת שיטות עבודה.

דרישות התפקיד:

• ניסיון קודם בתפקידי רכש / קניינות – חובה.
• שליטה מצוינת באקסל ויכולת ניתוח נתונים גבוהה – חובה.
• ניסיון בתחום המזון – יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון בייבוא ועבודה מול ספקי חו"ל / שילוח – יתרון משמעותי.
• אנגלית ברמה טובה (כתיבה ודיבור).
• חשיבה אנליטית ומסחרית, יכולת ניהול משא ומתן, עצמאות, יוזמה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים.

היקף משרה חלקית: כ-25 שעות שבועיות (עם גמישות בשעות).
