Marketing Manager

WellyBox is a fast-growing AI-powered financial operations platform, trusted by over 100,000 businesses worldwide and growing 400% year over year.

We’re building the financial back office for small businesses - automating the repetitive bookkeeping and administrative work that traditionally takes hours of manual effort. WellyBox uses AI to collect and understand financial documents, organize business expenses, prepare data for accounting, and streamline the workflows between businesses and their accountants.

About the role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to own a set of growth and content initiatives end to end. This is a hands-on, generalist role: you'll take loosely-defined ideas and turn them into real, shipped work, using AI tools to execute yourself rather than waiting on other people.

What you'll own

• Image creative generation: strategy and execution
• Website content and design: fixing and building pages with AI
• Ongoing social listening and engagement on relevant online threads
• Building a podcast outreach pipeline and partnership offers
• Launching influencer marketing: research, mapping, outreach
• Mapping and running outreach to accounting firms
• Basic customer research
• Marketing automation health checks (e.g. email performance)
• SEO execution

What we're looking for

• Entrepreneurial and self-starting, you move forward without waiting for approval
• Builds things yourself with AI tools: copy, creative, basic web pages, no need for a designer or developer to hand you finished assets
• Autodidact, learns new tools fast, on your own, without step-by-step guidance
• Takes projects from idea to finished result (A to Z)
• Basic understanding and ability in design
• Strong writing
• Comfortable with ambiguity and unstructured problems

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing, growth, or content role
• Native or near-native English writing ability
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, image/video gen tools) as part of daily work, not just occasional use
• Basic proficiency with a no-code or AI website builder (e.g. Framer, Webflow, Lovable) — enough to build or fix a simple page yourself
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Hebrew and English fluency
