Budget Analyst / Financial Controller

A growing company is looking for a Budget Analyst / Financial Controller to join its Finance team.

The role includes ongoing budget management, financial control and reporting, with exposure to provident funds, study funds, nonprofit organizations, and political parties. The level of responsibility and scope of tasks will be tailored to the candidate’s experience.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage and monitor ongoing budgets

* Build budgets, track performance, and analyze variances

* Prepare financial and budgetary reports

* Work closely with managers and internal stakeholders

* Support payroll processes as needed

* Work with complex Excel files and perform analytical reviews

*Requirements*

* Experience in budget management — a significant advantage

* Excellent Excel skills — required

* Knowledge of or familiarity with capital markets, provident funds, and study funds — a major advantage

* Familiarity with Capital Market Authority regulations — an advantage

* Payroll knowledge — an advantage

* Experience with Konto and/or Narkis software — an advantage

* Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration — an advantage; candidates with limited experience may also be considered

* Strong organizational skills, ability to work with managers, and a high learning capacity
