Media Buyer (Google Focus) | Early-Stage Global Startup

We’re working with a small, profitable and fast-growing startup operating at the intersection of performance marketing, affiliate ecosystems, and proprietary technology.

The Israeli partner is now building the company’s first presence in Israel and is looking for a strong Media Buyer who will work closely with him and take a key role in scaling performance activity.

The company combines media buying expertise with a proprietary technology platform that enables a more holistic and optimized approach for clients — delivering 360° performance solutions for eCommerce brands across Tier-1 markets (US & Europe).

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, understands what works, where it works, and why, and wants to take real ownership in a lean and highly capable team.

What you'll do

• Manage and scale large-scale media buying campaigns focused primarily on Google platforms
• Work with monthly budgets of hundreds of thousands of dollars
• Optimize performance campaigns across international markets (US & Europe)
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve ROI
• Work closely with publishers, affiliates, and performance partners
• Identify new opportunities, traffic sources, and growth channels
• Collaborate with a small global team of media experts and team leads

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on experience in Media Buying
• Proven experience managing high monthly budgets (hundreds of thousands of dollars)
• Deep expertise in Google Media / Google Ads (Display, Discovery, YouTube, etc.)
• (Search alone is not enough)
• Strong understanding of the affiliate / performance marketing ecosystem
• Experience working with publishers and performance partners
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership
• Fast, sharp, and execution-oriented personality

Nice to have

• Experience with Meta / Facebook Ads
• Background in eCommerce or global performance campaigns
• Experience in companies from the affiliate / media performance ecosystem
