System Integrator

ESP 710 develops and manufactures cutting-edge loitering munitions and tactical reconnaissance drones at the forefront of defense technology. We are expanding our team and looking for a UAV Systems Integrator to lead end-to-end integration processes bridging hardware, software, and aerial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex hardware and software integration processes for advanced unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams on laboratory testing, system validations, and field flight tests.
• Perform system-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis across hardware, RF communication, and avionics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in system integration for unmanned systems (drones, UAVs, or loitering munitions) – Required.
• Strong technical background in electronics, wiring, RF communication systems, and flight controllers.
• Hands-on experience with open-source and commercial autopilots (e.g., Pixhawk, ArduPilot, PX4).
• Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills, independence, and the ability to improvise and solve problems in real-time field environments.
