Backend Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced Backend Tech Lead specializing in Java to drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of complex, large-scale backend systems for a large, established enterprise.

In this role, you will lead high-performing developer groups, design resilient distributed architectures, and steer cross-organizational initiatives using modern cloud-native technologies and AI-driven development tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience building high-performance systems in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem for microservices architecture.
• Proven track record of leading cross-organizational dev teams and large engineering groups.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Kafka for real-time data streaming and event-driven architecture.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, containerization, and orchestration using AWS and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience integrating and leveraging AI tools to optimize software engineering workflows.
• Strong architectural experience, system design capabilities, and experience scaling enterprise platforms.
