AI QA Automation Engineer

AI QA Automation Engineer | Leading Healthcare Organization | Central Israel

A leading healthcare organization in Central Israel is looking for an AI QA Automation Engineer to join a development team building large-scale AI Agent solutions used by millions of users.

The role combines manual and automated testing, Python development, API testing, and validation of AI Agent behavior and integrations in complex technology environments.

What You'll Do

• Plan and design tests based on system requirements and specifications

• Perform both manual and automated testing using code-based testing approaches

• Test AI Agent behavior, interfaces, and end-to-end processes

• Perform system, integration, and cross-system testing

• Perform API testing using Postman and Swagger

• Ensure the availability of test data and testing tools

• Execute test scenarios, document defects, and investigate logs

• Document test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

• Continuously improve testing processes based on insights and lessons learned

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering – required

• 1+ year of professional Python development experience – required

• 3+ years of QA Automation experience with Web Client/Server systems and/or AI Agents – required

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and different testing levels – required

• Experience writing test plans and test scenarios, managing defects, and analyzing logs – required

• Proven API testing experience using Postman and/or Swagger

• Experience working with databases and AI tools

• Strong technical and troubleshooting capabilities

• Ability to independently learn complex systems and processes

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously and meet deadlines

Nice to Have: Experience with HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka, and SQL.
