Alternative Investments Analyst - Position No. 1728

Job Description:

• Analyze new investment opportunities in real estate-backed credit, primarily in the U.S. and Europe.
• Conduct real estate valuations, analyze financial models, and develop financial projections.
• Assess the financial viability of transactions and build analytical frameworks to support investment decisions.
• Prepare materials and presentations for investment committees.

Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, with overtime as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Credit Analyst - required.
• Proven experience conducting valuations for international real estate transactions – required.
• High level of English proficiency (spoken and written) - required.
• Advanced Excel skills - required.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to conduct in-depth analysis.
• Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
