Litigation Attorney | Personal Injury & Insurance Law

A professional law firm based in Ness Ziona is looking for a Litigation Attorney to join its team.

The firm specializes in medical rights claims, personal injury, insurance law, claims against the National Insurance Institute, and legal proceedings against insurance companies.

The role includes independent case management, drafting legal documents and damage assessments, negotiations with insurance companies, court appearances, evidence hearings, and representation in committees.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in Israel

• At least 2 years of litigation experience

• Experience in personal injury and insurance law

• Ability to manage cases independently

• Experience with loss of earning capacity, pension and disability policies, liability claims, or National Insurance claims – an advantage

• Strong legal writing, negotiation skills, courtroom presence, and a proactive approach

Location: Ness Ziona
