Partnership Relations Specialist– Maternity Leave Cover

• Market Mapping: Mapping the private donor and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) market and identifying new opportunities.
• Relationship Development: Renewing, developing, and strengthening relationships with donors from the private sector; expanding the donor pool and leading strategic collaborations.
• Work Plans: Building tailored annual work plans for private donors.
• Donor Stewardship: Cultivating and retaining existing donors while increasing donation volumes.
• Data & Tracking: Managing ongoing tracking and monitoring, including donation renewals and working with Salesforce.
• Team Collaboration: Actively participating in the fundraising department's projects in Israel.
• Events: Producing donor cultivation and fundraising events.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – Mandatory.
• Experience in business development or customer retention – Mandatory.
• Experience in account management for strategic clients – Mandatory.
• Experience in grant writing / proposal writing – Significant advantage.
• Experience in fundraising for non-profit organizations (NGOs) – Significant advantage.
