Job Description:

• Responsibility for leading the strategic, technological, and managerial implementation of the organization's cybersecurity program.
• Direct responsibility for cybersecurity architecture, cybersecurity project management, procurement, budget, and control, while managing teams of managers and experts and leading organizational change processes.
• Member of the extended management team of the Technology Division, participating in the formulation of strategy and multi-year work plans, and serving as a substitute for the Information Security and Cybersecurity Manager in professional and managerial forums.
• Responsibility for implementing Secure by Design and Zero Trust principles.
• Leading the evaluation and selection of new security technologies.
• Managing the Cybersecurity Department's budget on a significant scale, including building annual and multi-year budget plans.
• Leading engagements, tenders, and technological procurement, as well as managing suppliers and strategic partners.
• Monitoring and controlling budget utilization, procurement, and commitments.
• Leading large-scale transformation and organizational change programs.
• Leading efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Developing organizational methodologies and standards.
• Managing and leading professional forums, steering committees, and decision-making processes.
• Working with Infrastructure, Development, Digital, Data, Cloud, and Operations teams, as well as suppliers, consultants, regulators, and audit bodies.

Job Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security, including 5 years of experience managing cybersecurity teams and managers.
• Proven experience managing architects, cybersecurity experts, and project managers.
• Experience leading work plans and complex projects in a large organization.
• Experience managing annual budgets of millions of NIS.
• Proven experience leading organizational change and transformation.
• Experience working with senior management and decision-making forums.
• Experience in planning and implementing enterprise cybersecurity architecture.
• Experience in developing Zero Trust security concepts and architecture, as well as Secure by Design.
• In-depth familiarity with enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Hands-on experience in Azure security and in-depth understanding of Multi-Cloud environments.
• Experience implementing Cloud Governance.
• Familiarity with CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, and Kubernetes Security.
• Experience in DSPM, DLP, and data protection.
• Familiarity with Data Classification.
• Familiarity with Privacy by Design.
• Familiarity with encryption, key management, and protection of sensitive data.
• Familiarity with AI Agents security and Agentic AI Security Controls.
• Familiarity with AI Governance and management of information leakage risks in AI environments.
