Assistant Treasurer

About The Role

Join our Global Corporate Treasury team and play a key role in supporting the Company's liquidity, foreign exchange risk management, financing activities, and treasury transformation initiatives.

This position offers broad exposure to global treasury operations, working closely with finance teams worldwide and contributing to projects that drive financial performance, automation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the global cash flow forecasting platform (Cflow) for approximately 50 subsidiaries.
• Monitor global liquidity, analyze cash flow trends.
• Analyze foreign exchange exposures across multiple currencies and support hedging activities.
• Explore alternatives to reduce the currency exposure globally.
• Perform FX and finance cost analyses, including forecast vs. actual and variance reporting.
• Analyze vendor payment terms and identify opportunities to optimize supplier financing through Supply Chain Finance, Reverse Factoring, and other treasury solutions that improve cash flow and strengthen supplier partnerships.
• Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and financial analyses for management.
• Design, develop, and maintain global Treasury dashboards to provide management with timely, accurate, and actionable insights for decision making.
• Drive treasury process improvements using automation, and AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance teams worldwide to ensure accurate treasury reporting and support strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Banking, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), Power BI, or similar analytical tools is an advantage.
• AI skills is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, curious, and able to work effectively in a global environment.
