Senior User Interface Designer

Senior UI Designer | Hadera | Hybrid

Mobile Group is a leading Israeli tech company specializing in Cyber-Embedded, AI & Data Mining, IoT, and Automotive Tech.

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our UX Group and design interfaces for advanced, complex, and information-rich systems. This is a dedicated UI role, not UX/UI, requiring strong visual and creative skills, experience developing design concepts and visual languages, and proficiency in Design Systems. The role involves close collaboration with UX, Product, and Development teams, while incorporating AI tools into the design process.

What will you do?

• Design high-quality user interfaces for complex, advanced, and information-rich systems
• Create design concepts and develop visual languages for digital products
• Work with Design Systems and component libraries
• Collaborate closely with UX, Product, and Development teams
• Translate design concepts into practical solutions while considering technical constraints and capabilities
• Use AI tools as part of the design process and workflow
• Take ownership of UI design processes from concept through implementation

Requirements

• B.A. in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer
• Proven experience designing UI for complex systems
• Proven experience creating design concepts and visual languages for digital products
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Proven experience working with Design Systems and component libraries
• Experience using and integrating AI tools into the design workflow
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Ability to work closely with Development teams and understand technical constraints and capabilities
• Portfolio is mandatory, demonstrating a high level of UI design and experience working on complex systems
