Job Description
- Lead and manage the purchasing and commercial operations of the retail chain.
- Take full responsibility for inventory planning and purchasing, while maintaining profitability and achieving sales targets.
- Analyze sales reports, identify market and sales trends, and prepare purchasing forecasts.
- Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams, including Planning & Control, Marketing, Visual Merchandising (VM), and Sales.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in import operations, including working with manufacturers and suppliers in the Far East.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and working with the Israel Standards Institute.
- Extensive experience in commercial agreements and negotiations, as well as working with planograms.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial/trading roles – required.
- High-level English – required.
- Strong proficiency in Excel – required.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
