Director of Procurement & Operations – MENTEE

MENTEE is looking for an experienced Director of Procurement & Operations that will be responsible of Mentee Operation that will include establish and lead the company’s procurement. This is a unique opportunity to build procurement processes from the ground up while supporting the company’s growth and scaling activities.

The role includes not only procurement leadership but also broader supply chain involvement, working closely with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure operational readiness. A key challenge of the role will be supporting the transition from NPI (New Product Introduction) to HVM (High Volume Manufacturing).

This is an individual contributor role with end‑to‑end responsibility for procurement activities and close collaboration with Mobileye, including matrix reporting.

This position requires working onsite from Mentee's Herzliya offices 5 days per week.

What will your job look like:

• Establish and lead the procurement function within the company
• Implement procurement processes, methodologies, and best practices aligned with Mobileye
• Develop and execute the company’s procurement and supply chain strategy
• Identify, select, and manage strategic suppliers globally
• Lead complex negotiations and manage commercial agreements
• Support and coordinate supply chain readiness for the transition from NPI to HVM
• Work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain stakeholders
• Ensure alignment and collaboration with Mobileye procurement and supply chain standards
• Drive cost optimization, supplier performance, and operational efficiency
• Manage multiple procurement and supply chain initiatives in a dynamic environment
  
  

• 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain environments
• Proven experience building or implementing procurement and sourcing processes
• Experience supporting product ramp‑up and manufacturing scale‑up (NPI to HVM)
• Proven background in strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Demonstrated success leading complex negotiations and commercial agreements
• Ability to work independently and lead a function as a sole procurement professional
• Strong stakeholder management and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent analytical and business judgment skills
• Fluent English
• Experience working with multiple cross‑functional stakeholders
