Systems Implementation

A leading and fast-growing real estate company is looking for a Systems Implementation

Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of systems

and technological processes across the organization. This is a diverse, high-impact role that

combines strong technical and analytical capabilities with process-oriented thinking, initiative,

and the ability to drive implementation and execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Implement and manage business systems, with a focus on monday.com
• Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Build workflows, automations, dashboards, integrations, and AI-powered solutions
• Work with internal teams to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions
• Lead system implementation and improvement projects

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in systems implementation - Must
• Hands-on experience implementing and building solutions in monday.com - Must
• Experience building workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations - Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Must
