Your insights and recommendations will be presented directly to senior management and the CEO, helping shape business decisions, improve digital performance, and enhance the customer experience.

This role sits at the intersection of Data, Analytics, Product, and Digital, and is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with business thinking and a deep understanding of digital and mobile environments.

What you’ll do

🔹 Analyze digital assets and products and define KPIs and success metrics

🔹 Build dashboards and monitor performance in real time, identifying technical issues, friction points, and drop-offs

🔹 Combine data from multiple sources, including core systems, analytics platforms, Glassbox, and other data systems

🔹 Turn raw data into actionable business insights that drive decisions and measurable improvements

🔹 Work closely with Product Managers, Channel Managers, and Technology teams to ensure insights are translated into action

🔹 Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to digital journeys and processes

🔹 Measure the impact of changes on customer experience and operational efficiency

🔹 Embed measurement and analytics capabilities from the early stages of new product initiatives

What we’re looking for

✔️ 3+ years of experience as a Digital Analyst / Business Analyst in an analytical business environment — required

✔️ Strong understanding of digital and mobile ecosystems

✔️ Ability to understand the business story behind the data

✔️ Ability to lead an analytical process end-to-end — from the business question to measuring the outcome

✔️ Experience working with multiple and heterogeneous data sources

✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Experience with BI and analytics tools

⭐ Deep experience with Glassbox — a significant advantage

⭐ Financial services / banking background — an advantage

⭐ SQL experience — an advantage
