Legal Counsel – Banking, Payments & Digital

We’re looking for an outstanding Legal Counsel to join a leading financial organization and take part in sophisticated, high-impact legal work at the heart of a dynamic and innovative business.

This is an opportunity to work closely with business and professional teams on products, services and processes that shape the customer experience, with significant exposure to payments, digital services and complex commercial agreements.

What you’ll do

• Provide ongoing legal counsel on credit cards and a wide range of payment methods and services

• Advise on digital and telephone-based processes and customer-facing initiatives

• Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and cooperation agreements

• Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders across the organization

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of regulatory and operational matters

• Draft legal opinions, policies, procedures, position papers and internal guidelines

• Support innovative projects and business initiatives from a legal perspective

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Israeli Attorney – mandatory

• Experience in banking, credit cards, payments or financial services

• Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements

• Strong business acumen and the ability to operate in a complex, dynamic environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently alongside strong collaboration and teamwork
