CEO – Pharmaceutical Company

An established and growing pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next stage of growth and development.

This is a senior executive leadership position with full responsibility for the company’s strategy, commercial performance, operations, and organizational development.

Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry experience is mandatory. Candidates without significant leadership experience within pharmaceutical or medical device, companies will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s overall strategy, growth, and business performance

• Take full P&L responsibility and drive sustainable revenue and profitability

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic and commercial plans

• Lead and develop the senior management team and overall organization

• Identify new growth opportunities, partnerships, products, and markets

• Oversee commercial, operational, financial, and organizational performance

• Work closely with the Board of Directors and shareholders on strategic priorities

• Ensure the organization operates in accordance with relevant pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance requirements

• Represent the company with key customers, partners, industry stakeholders, and strategic relationships

Requirements:

• Significant executive leadership experience within the pharmaceutical/medical device industry – mandatory

• Previous experience as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or senior executive with broad business responsibility

• Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial and financial orientation

• Demonstrated experience leading and developing organizations and senior management teams

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, its commercial dynamics, and regulatory environment

• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies

• Experience managing relationships with boards, shareholders, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making, and execution capabilities
