Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Multimedia Technician to join a government office in Jerusalem

The role includes ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and professional support for multimedia systems across all office locations, with full responsibility for the availability and operational readiness of meeting rooms, executive offices, events, conferences, press conferences, and management meetings

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot multimedia systems across all office locations

Ensure the operational readiness and availability of meeting rooms

Perform periodic inspections and preventive maintenance

Provide fast and professional resolution of multimedia system issues

Provide technical support and operate multimedia systems during events, conferences, press conferences, and management meetings

Ensure continuous and high-quality operation of audio, video, and projection systems

Maintain and support professional displays and presentation systems installed in executive offices and senior management rooms

Maintain a high level of system availability

Manage multimedia equipment inventory, including equipment tracking, procurement planning, replacements, upgrades, and equipment lifecycle management

Initiate and lead improvements in multimedia systems and services

Implement new multimedia technologies

Write operational procedures and continuously improve service quality

Support the technical support team with additional tasks as required

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Multimedia Technician

In-depth knowledge of CRESTRON and EXTRON technologies is an advantage
