Tama Group is looking for a Global VP HR to join the Management team and lead the Group’s global People & Culture strategy and direction.

As a strategic partner to the CEO, the Global VP HR will help translate Tama’s business strategy into organizational capabilities, leadership, talent and culture needed for the future.

The role combines a broad business perspective with strong HR leadership and the ability to connect long-term thinking with practical execution across a diverse global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and Management team and lead Tama’s global People & Culture strategy and direction, aligned with the Group’s business strategy.
• Future Organization & Workforce - Anticipate the organization, capabilities, skills and workforce Tama will need in the future, translating long-term business needs and challenges into organizational and people priorities.
• Culture & Employee Experience - Shape and strengthen Tama’s culture, building on its values and heritage while evolving the employee experience and ways of working needed for the future.
• Leadership, Talent & Succession - Strengthen leadership capabilities, talent development and succession planning, building a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline across the Group.
• Strengthen performance, accountability and organizational effectiveness.
• Global HR Leadership - Lead and develop the global HR team, strengthening business partnership, professional capabilities and collaboration across geographies.
• HR Data, Technology & Governance - Advance the effective use of people data, analytics, technology and AI while ensuring sound HR governance and people-related risk management across the Group.
• Shape organizational structures, policies and processes and lead the people and organizational aspects of business transformation and change.

Requirements

• Significant senior HR leadership experience in a global, international industrial and multi-site organization - Must.
• Proven experience partnering with a CEO and executive leadership team and contributing to business and organizational decisions at executive level.
• Strong business understanding and the ability to connect business strategy with people, organization, culture and leadership priorities.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational transformation, change and organizational development.
• Strong track record in leadership development, talent management and succession planning.
• Experience working across countries and cultures and leading a global HR team.
• Build trusted relationships and influence across different levels of the organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, integrity and the ability to navigate complexity and make balanced business and people decisions.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
