Training Developer

COMBLACK is hiring an Instructional Designer & Digital Learning Developer!

The role includes end-to-end development of digital learning solutions, micro and macro instructional design, managing learning development projects, and working closely with clients and external vendors using advanced learning technologies.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design and Learning Development, including micro and macro design

• Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline

• Strong proficiency with GenAI tools for text, video, audio, and digital content creation

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Technologies / Learning Technologies or relevant professional training

• Experience managing learning development projects and working with senior stakeholders

• Experience with additional tools such as Adobe and Camtasia – an advantage
